I had worked for Phil's Dad a couple of summers when he was 9-10 years old, and I was really curious about how he had grown up, plus I kept seeing his signs all over the Credit Woodlands area.
Well, he grew up to be a really good, customer-and-service-focused real estate agent, and a real gentleman.

I was buying in Mississauga. I owned a house in an outlying city. I thought that it would be a long and arduous transaction; selling a house so far from the realtor's home base. Phil assured me that that would not be a problem at all. Geographic distance and a separate real estate board proved to be no barrier to him.
He came out to my house and made some very constructive suggestions to improve the appearance of the home, prior to listing. Once the suggestions had been acted upon, he returned to view the home and look for any further details he may have missed the first time.
After that, we were ready to list and for the photographer. What a difference a professional photographer makes, when publishing photos of a home for sale! Many photos on real estate websites are low quality and leave a poor impression. However, a professional photographer eliminates that and increases interest in a property. A nice Phil Mercurio touch!
After each showing, Phil followed up with each of the agents who had shown it, and then contacted me with their feedback of what the client thought. At the end of each week we had a strategy session, based on the week's showings and realtor feedback. Receiving regular updates from Phil was very reassuring. I always felt as though I was his only client, and that MY property had his complete attention.
Phil and his assistant Matt Zborowski quickly laid those reservations to rest and represented their profession to the highest degree.
I doubt that there is any agent out there, who is superior to Phil and one would have to hunt far and wide to find his equal. Thanks for a smooth process Phil!!

Anthony and I would like to take the time to thank you for all the hard work and effort put into finding us our first and perfect home.

As new home buyers, our nerves where at it's peek, our minds were going a mile a minute and planning a wedding all at the same time had our stress levels up there. Now that the closing for 1331 Monaghan has taken place, I wanted to both thank and congratulate you for your dedication and professionalism.

As you will recall, I "interviewed" you to see if you were the right person to list the house-and you were. You had the right answers and a positive attitude. Initially, you offered suggestions about what needed to be done in the house to make it ready for the real estate market. You wouldn't tell me what you thought the price should be until you had done some research. I was rather surprised at how extensive and thorough you were.

Although the house took three weeks to sell, I was very pleased because we were working in a summer market.
